Oversize / heavy haulers, how do you handle permitting?

I use a third-party permitting service

I handle it all directly myself / employ staff that handles it in-house

We pull annual permits for the states that offer them and if we frequently drive those states. We stay West primarily so states we carry annuals are ID,MT,ND,SD,MN,WI,IA,CO,UT & NV. NE and WY we pull per trip. I personally try to avoid the coastal states on the west and rarely go to AZ or NM. But if a load pays... we pull trip permits to get it done.
