I've been using ubuntu 20.04 daily build since the beginning of March. After upgrading many times, now the lsb_release -a tells me it is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS(without development branch).

Will do fresh install and upgrade 18.04 LTS (Sever) ASAP, but all VMs (KVM, Xen and VirtualBox). I run Fedora 31, Arch and Manjaro on physical laptops and desktops, shrug ;-)

As long as snaps/snapd is uninstallable I'll stick with Ubuntu LTS. Used it for decades, tried almost everything else, nothing has bigger repos (except perhaps Arch, but keeping up with Arch is a pain, I tried for years) and works as smoothly (except perhaps Mint, but that is very dependent on the Ubuntu ecosystem).

I'll be moving to windows 10 instead. The lockdown and working from home has shown the limits of Linux.

I either work from home which only Windows 10 is supported or don't and get no money.

Using an 8 year old machine and too be fair windows is just as fast as my ubuntu 18 system. Just more software. Been on ubuntu now for 4 years.

I've been using Ubuntu since 10.04 release and it is better than windows by a 100,000x.Right now I'm using ubuntu 19.10 with it. Each new version is better than previous one. It is so easy to maintain by using simple commands via terminal. I am looking forward to inclusion of Wireguard with release.

I voted for no because I changed to Manjaro half a year ago. Ubuntu will however always be close to my heart (having used it since 8.10). I love their constant innovations, even (or especially) when controversial.

Let's hope the Snap transition will be complete asap and as flawless as possible. We need Ubuntu to lead the way, even if we don't always like how they do it. And honestly, Manjaro is just one of the many great distros out there with its own flaws and features. It's my favorite for now, but I'm always paying attention to what happens over here and elsewhere.

We're living in the best possible world with such an amazing choice of splendid distrubutions, most of them much better suited for us than Windows or MacOS ever could be. Let's not forget that and celebrate every step forward.

As usual the homeless Ubuntu haters are barking for attention in the comment section. Is this a desperate cry for their "pure, hard-enough" OS's barely having 100k users while the Ubuntu has millions?

Radly, you don't do Ubuntu, but you spend your time on OMG Ubuntu? That doesn't make much sense, it would seem you are wasting your time. I use Ubuntu, but don't go on PC LInux or Slackware sites to disparage those OS's. What is your interest or purpose here? Convincing those that love and use Ubuntu they should not? Being a troll? I would really like to know what motivates someone like you.

You can tell that those who constantly are hating on Ubuntu are a loud minority. I, of course am going to upgrade to the best Linux distribution that is without a doubt Ubuntu. Thanks Canonical for another amazing release! :)

I already installed the beta on my very old Inpiron 3421 and it's running very smooth.

As always, my main system waits for first point release!

(But I already tried Focal on a VM)

Switched from Ubuntu to Linux Mint.

Due to the removal of native deb and apt support, the removal of 32 bit libraries, and the forced use of snaps, I have abandoned Ubuntu and Ubuntu based distros. I'm enjoying my new home with Debian.
