Brita was such an out of touch queen. When you are popular in the one region that you live and perform in, that's awesome! You can't expect to be the shining star of drag when everyone in the work room worked just as hard to be there as she did. She thought her reputation would carry her and it couldn't, not when other queens are listening and adapting to the competition.
(In my opinion) It is so disappointing when a really interesting contestant (like rockem Sakura) goes home and then the contestant that sent them home (Brita) just scrapes by Every. Damn. Week. Before they finally get the boot. I was so fascinated by Rockem , and yet another boastful, out of touch, high and mighty, queen that I have seen year after year got to stay when we all know that she didn't bring any revolutionary concepts to the art itself, the same way the stand out would have, makes me as a fan feel like there is less of a place for versatility.
Not every New York work horse gets to be (the queen to them all) Bianca Del Rio.
