I would take your Labor Day Sunday idea a step farther - play a conference game on Friday and double header Sunday and a game on Monday while keeping Saturday options. Give the fans a reason to tune in. PAC 12 in general plays weaker FCS teams that weekend (or starting Thursday) and it is not exciting. Get exposure on national tv (not the PAC 12 network) for once.
