Mitch was not problem when u have very inconsistent offensive line left to right on line and only have 2 healthy starters rest was fill in when injury happen they were clueless looked weak .bobby massive and Leno were nfl worse tackles I ever seen but pace resign them back in 2018 any other GM would have let them go plus Kyle long should have retire long time ago.now it was Nagy idea to rest all starters during 2019 preseason they never fully gel into new playbook that was were problem started Mitch never got out on field hot work with offensive unit with that play book.second thing Nagy did he totally took away Mitch mobility away from him to make play with his feet like he was in 2018.plus we had issue trey got hurt when he got back on field he was afraid catch ball Adam got hurt hurt.plus Nagy playcalling was awfully.he try run Cohen up middle like he was a power back and offensive line sucked even with David in back field.when u can not run ball or even pass it team are not going win games not make teams afraid of u.if this continue in 2020 Nagy ads better be shipped out

You cannot blame MT for all the offense problems. Coach, playcalling, O line and no TE? A disaster! AND did not make it a priority during draft. What are they thinking?

Mitch was part of the problem, of the offense, and is not a starting quarter back, because he cannot read defenses, continues to miss, and overthrow and underthrow his receivers! Definitely not worth 24 million as a backup!

He is just not worth the risk. As cheap as the Bears are with salaries, I don't see him contributing at close to $20m per year going forward. They should have traded him while he still had free agent value.

Pace wasted draft picks on Trashbisky instead of Watson or Mahomes... cant win a superbowl or playoff game when your QB play is a screen to Cohen.

He was a bust since day one. Wasted pick.

Stick with Mitch, he really hasn’t had much support- no running game and no tight ends, o-line was all banged up and play calling never had fit his skill set and the support of fans and media has all been negative

What did you expect him to do with the worst Offensive Line in the NFL? OL also gave us the worst rushing attack. The GM should be fired for not addressing this in the draft. Also Nagy and his questionable play-calling deteriorated badly last year. Pathetic management. Foles better bring his track shoes!!

Nope do not do it... He has had 3 seasons to prove his worth with a top 5 defense 2 those yrs.. We could do so much better w the money he hoggin

Wake up people. It will cost the Bears $24 million dollars to pick up his 5th year. Worth it? No way. Think of what we could do as a team for that money. Trunks up.

Theres a reason he has the lowest yds/catch in NFL. He has no ability to throw downfield. He has consistently missed his recievers since the beginning. If you can't stretch the field and defenses know the QB does not have the ability to throw over 10 yds then you also can't run the ball cause all defenders stay within 10 yds of the line of scrimmage

The offensive line was terrible last year. We couldn’t run the ball and Trubisky had no time to throw. He is a good quarterback who lost his confidence in his offensive line. We should have fixed that in the draft but didn’t!

This team had so many issues last year in several areas. Mitch was just a part of it. QBs like Roger's, manning, Brady, breese are rare at best . Stick with MT for 5 years in the same system. He has 2. Stop boo ing your qb.

The problem last year was the play calling Coach couldn't make up his mind if we were going to run or pass.look at the film and look at some of his calls I believe he will get better but it wasn't just on the Quarterback

Mitchell Trubisky is not an NFL starting qb. It makes no sense to pay him a ridiculous amount of money to be a backup.
