You people voting yes just remember if government gets the power to put a cap on the brokers it'll only be time before they do the same to us. Government should not tell people how much they can make.
If the Brokers are capped at any percentage the Fed will ultimately do the same to the Owners of the trucks big and small its a bad Idea to limit Capitalism. If you don't like the rates don't take the load simple as that. If our not in the position to pick and choose through the available freight maybe you should consider a different line of work.

You should learn to be a better negotiator, and build relationships with good shippers and brokers, and allow the free market to work! If you don't like the rate on the load, don't take it!
