How Would You Change the Pathfinder 1e Fighter
Fighters need area effect abilities
Theme that gives it various class options (i.e. sorcerers bloodlines, wizards schools)
Keep it the way it is in the Core Rulebook
Fighters need to be effective no matter what weapon they have (or even no weapon at all)
Fighters need to form weapons out of their minds
Fighters need more to do outside of combat
Add a point system (i.e. monk ki points or magus's pool)
Fighters need something else (answered in the comments below)
