Is it fair to call a short-track race a "peaceful protest"?
The state shouldn't shut down the track, but it's disrespectful to label it a "unity rally"
I don't see why not—it's a smart workaround that keeps them from getting closed
Not only is it disrespectful, having that many people together for a race is dangerous
