How do you feel about pupils in Scotland potentially returning to school full-time on August 11?

I understand the need for schools to return but only if it is safe to do so which is not the current climate
Courts and other government bodies are using social distancing measures so why are the schools not adhering to this
The kids are being used as Guinea pigs to see what happens next
My children are very anxious and not wanting to return as they feel There are no safety measures for them being in contact with over 2000 pupils per day and who have elderly parents and grandparents who have been shielding since the start of lockdown
This is just bowing to peer pressure to get kids out of parents hair whether safe or
    Not

I understand getting Children back into education is absolutely vital, but as a parent I am very apprehensive about the possibility of full return with so many kids being in contact with each other. There is no way of knowing where or who these kids have seen, if any have been near friends or relatives with symptoms. My one and only focus is my kids and how I know that they will be safe. What makes it safe for this to return to “normal” for schools but everything else is still bound to restrictions? What safety measures will my kids be given, and what guarantees to I have they will be safe if things do return fully to schools?
