    Most meetings are done over conference calls where at most, there are 2 people sitting across a large conference table. Masks were brought in for anyone to use if they forgot at home and for those 2-3 staff (staggered schedules) that are in office, the safe distance rule is used, especially in 1 small room. All but 1 office individual has their own office, so it makes it easier.

    We built a new office last November. We built actual offices for our employees which gives privacy and a by-product is social distancing. This made sure our employees don't feel isolated as we can have our privacy and still stand at an office door to talk in person.
