Please bring Broke back for one more season. We the fans of the show deserve to know who Javiers father is and if he gets his money back. You can’t just leave us, the fans hanging like this.

Broke was just getting underway and we were looking forward to each week’s “real life” family sitcom. It was good to see real life families bonding together in living paycheck to paycheck while bringing laughter to their home. CBS is terrible! Come on FOX take this sitcom on and Man With A Plan too! You can’t go wrong!

I didn't care too much for this show at first, but watched it regularly as it was better than the reality crap and reruns on the other channels. I found that the show "grew" and was more enjoyable as the season progressed. I would've liked to see it continue another season to see how it evolved.

This is what happens when you have outa touch over paid young tv executives calling the shots . If you’d let a show go for a season it may surprise you. Man with a plan , broke, bless this mess, i mean they weren’t gonna be world beaters but could have been set up shows or slot fillers no we get the bachelor, the bachelorette,dancing with the hasbeens. Which I might add the fake voice show and America’s got talent are ok but to many interchangeable parts people want some good sitcoms and of those cancellations all were better than ok and good. Every time there is a show the whole family can set down together and watch it's canceled. They keep all the fake reality shows but get rid of anything that is a good comparison to real life. At least Broke shoes a sense of family values. That's something sorely lacking in TV programs today. So very sad and a huge indicator of humanitya direction.

I was really disappointed in CBS decision to cancel “Broke”. I found it to be a well written and fun show. The ensemble was excellent with well pointed storylines that showed a positive light on single parents and also the Spanish community with the characters Luis and Javier. The ratings looked very positive for CBS with the show placing in the Top 50 for its run. I don’t think CBS will find a better show as a replacement. I recommend another network take a look at their sitcoms and think about adding this wonderful show to its lineup.

Seriously? It’s canceled? Why? With so much crap on it was nice to find an easy going comedy. Yes it started a bit weak, but was coming into its own. The Jackie and Lizzie characters were still finding their way, but I LOVE the Javier and Luis characters ! By the way, I don’t have cable, but pay for CBS AllAccess... think I’d like a bit more say before they make these arbitrary decisions

I feel like Broke didn't get much of a chance. I think if it was on longer and found a following then it would have done better. I like nice shows like this that you can watch with family. Just a nice little sitcom, not reality or violent.

Please do not cancel this show. It seems Everytime I find a show that I like in the first year CBS cancels. This show.was fresh and funny. It showed.the average class family one that needs to depend on other family members to afford even the smaller things of life. They are able to have fun and have a great family dynamics without spending money on everything. A lot of people live like this daily and to see a comedy that relies on family dynamics is great. If CBS drops the show I hope someone else is going to pick it up.
I'm so tired of networks giving us fun shows then getting rid of.them. why even try anymore if.your going to give up before the first season is done. Some of the best shows only got one year and then dumped. Please don't let this be another one of those.mistakes. I have read that networks are trying to.come back with shows that do not rely on a lot of money to tape. Isn't this one of them. There is no travel to different countries, there is no special effects. Just good clean fun. I'm begging you please give this another season. Especially when you cut it.off where.you did. I'm going to start giving up on networks and not watching first run shows. I will end up waiting to find a show that's been on for several seasons to watch. If enough people do that you may lose everything you are trying to protect.
Someone please take over this show. Don't let it end like so many others have and are currently happening too.

The show was just so-so to me, but I agree that these networks cancel shows way too early. If we go back in history and look at some of the best shows ever in the rankings, they were shows that fell on their faces the first several episodes and would have been canceled by today's Network standards. It's a shame. With that said, I wish Perrette would just stop bad-mouthing a show and the people that got her where she is today, and just move on. The bitterness and negativity does not look good on her.

I enjoyed Broke. I would look forward to watching it on Thursday nights. The network did not give the show a chance to build a following, it was not fair to the audience who viewed it to pull the rug out from.under us. There was good talent in the show. I will boycott the network and I will encourage my friends to do the same. I am now uncertain to get interested in any new series. All it is for the network is fast money. It was also unfair to actors.

This show is clever and different; a real bright spot. It needs more time to find its audience. Unique characters and storylines. There aren't many shows for families to watch; I don't know why CBS had it in such a late time slot. We'll miss it.

So sorry this show was cancelled. Started watching because of Pauley. Stayed for the rest of the cast too. Why oh why do the PTB cancel the good shows and keep the stupid and unfunny. Want to see what happens with Jackie and her ex-husband. Would also love to see Papa.

I thought the show, as a whole got better as it went along. It took me a few episodes to warm up to it, it looked as though it would be a good setup for the second season. I was starting to wonder if “papa” was showing up because he was broke too. That would’ve been interesting..... hopefully, somewhere down the line, it returns.

Took a couple of episodes but it grew into a really funny,heartwarming show. Don't know why they were so quick to cancel and not give it a little more time. Would be nice if the PTB could change their minds.

Too cancel a show before it has even had a chance to be viewed by people is ridiculous. This is a great show with great casting and brings lightness and laughter to every age, in a time when that's something very difficult to find. Needs to be renewed and with the same actors.
