Agreed! Brioche is bomb on errthang. Waffles take up too much of the syrup and you have to keep putting in on there so I'm not a fan. Also, some people's french toast is too eggy

OMG.....during this quarrantine, I discovered Brioche bread and I use that shit for everything! Gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches and especially French Toast ....YES!!!
