This poll was sent to many people, including the main camel group. Also, its link was shared on social media. Before, it was also shared on linkedIn. On linkedIn the cow milk was 41% and the total votes were above 230.
I prefer fresh camel milk when in the filed, at home we normally have cows milk due to availability and family preference.
Just one question - who is this mailing list sent to - will it be representative of the whole population or dominated by camel fans who make up a large proportion of our networks perhaps? :)
Buffalo milk is more nutritious, having more HDL cholesterol (good Chlesterol) , A2A2 genotype
I preface camel milk. When I was doing research on camel feeding, I was usually fresh camel milk and u wouldn’t believe the taste of milk was amazing
I do prefer sheep milk if available or having a small manageable farm.
Sheep milk for the taste, the texture and the aroma when transformred in yogurt and cheese.
Then camel milk for the sweetness and easy digestibility
My choice deal with the fact that cow milk are more famouse in Russia.
I have recently drunk camel milk for the first time and I have to say I really like it.
