    James...The puzzle’s answer is: SECURING THE JOB...not SECURED the Job. The letters are correct.

    The letters provided are wrong. UNSRCIGE does NOT spell SECURED! Space for 8 letter word not 7. USRCE (NOT N I OR G) Missing second E & D!
