If the winner is based only on the votes above, it's not really "Best Actress Award", rather "Most Popular Actress Award". Best Actress Award is judged based on the skills of the actresses. Though I am not a judge (lol), it's very obvious who won. I've seen all of these dramas. All of them did good. But SYJ did better but undeniably, Kim Hee Ae did best. No wonder she always bag the BEST ACTRESS AWARDS a number of times with TWOAMC alone. To make it short, there's no competition here. The battle was over. The crown was already given to Kim Hee Ae.. ???????? Too bad, only few have seen her acting skills.. Kim Hee Ae is the real queen. ????

I've been voting for Kim Hee Ae for several hours nonstop whenever I have the time since Monday but it seems like half or a third of my votes isn't counted. I stopped voting when I realized my votes for Kim hEe Ae are not counted. Like whew! You just wasted my effort to stay up at night only to find out this is not even working properly. Duh!!! Not reliable.. Whatever the result of this, you cannot change the fact that Kim Hee Ae won many prestigious "Best Actress Awards" including the Baeksang for the World of Married. The battle was already over. Kim Hee Ae has tge crown already.
