If you haven’t Heard already there is a class action lawsuit taking place against HIMSS for how they handled 2020 and not giving any refunds. We are one of those vendors and they have come back to us offering a substantial “credit“ of last year‘s dollars to go towards this year‘s event if we sign a settlement to not participate in the class action. Unfortunately any unused credit from this year will not be rolled over into 2022.

I am not planning on going to an in-person event but would consider a virtual one. There's no way that it will be safe to have a mass gathering of this size in this timeframe.

We're hoping to exhibit and attend sessions. The real networking and business gets down on the floor, from 4-10 pm. If you're compromised, stay home, let us all get back to work! That's from someone who had it and with a mother who is health compromised.

I signed up as an attendee in 2020, but given the still emerging COVID situation, I'm not sure if I will attend in 2021. If there are limited vendors and attendees, it may not be worth the time, effort, and costs to attend this year. There needs to be an option "I signed up as an attendee in 2020, but making a decision on the 2021 conference in a few months.

I agree with Jocelyn Keegan: "You choices are too restrictive." Addition: You also need a “we signed up to be an exhibitor in '21, plan to exhibit for now, but will make a final decision in a few months."

I'm desperately hoping to go. Many of us are going to be vaccinated due to working in healthcare so I'm cautiously optimistic it will be "risk free" (or 5% risk)

I'm concerned about the status of COVID during the HIMSS21 conference in Las Vegas.

You choices are too restrictive :)

You need a “we signed up as an exhibitor in 20 and are evaluating our options for in person and virtual for 21.”

I have $1125 tied up in registration and would like to benefit from the education and networking that I hope will occur.
