What will happen if Miami Metro Police Department find out the Dexter is still alive?
They will arrest him for the fact that he faked his death
Only close friends (Batista, Masuka) will find out, and try to contact with him secretly
They will bring him back to Miami and ask him why he disappeared
They will consider him guilty for Deb being dead/missing and send him to trial
They will find out that he's the real Bay Harbor Butcher, so they will jail him
They will never find out he's still alive
