I watched Dalton King start working out in February 2020. He lost 25 lbs and then put 25 lbs of muscle back on. This kid would go up town in Cornelia at least 4 days a week if not more. He would run 2 miles do 100 push ups and 100 dips and run every step in Cornelia. And he would do this at 5:00am then go back home and get ready for school. For a year just to get ready for his senior year.so if for nothing else he deserves it for dedication and hard work alone!
