Of course it should be dismissed. Starbucks had every right to demand she obey the law and wear a mask. She was also the one to broadcast the incident on Social media and now she’s upset over how that backfired. I’m several years older than that woman and I have a lung disease but I still wear my mask wherever I go to protect myself and others. It’s really not difficult. Such a privileged selfish woman. I hope she loses the case and has to pay penalties.

I hope the signs were posted, NO MASK, NO SERVICE. She should have gone to a drive thru Starbuck. This are the times we live in now,our new normal. The virus is still with us. It's not rocket science - put on a freaking mask while you're in a business that requires one if you want service. When you go outside you can take it off again. So tired of some people trying to make a big deal of it. It's almost unbelievable that the woman thinks she should get financial gain from the incident she was totally responsible for initiating.

The lawsuit should absolutely be thrown out. She started the whole incident going against what was basic policy of the business at the time (Wear a mask to receive service the same as no shoes no shirt no service) now just because she didn't want to meet that requirement and act a child she tried to drag the entire public into her temper tantrum. Now that things haven't gone her way and the person she basically verbally attacked is getting a benefit because of her actions she wants to play victim? She is lucky that a lawsuit hasn't been filed against her, she should go back to her crib and pout like the child she acted on that day. These temper tantrums by all these self entitled millennials need to stop, the world has rules and if you're not happy with them then find a nice secluded spot to yourself and act as foolishly as you want because the majority of us are on the side of civilization and being CIVILIZED. But then what do I know, I'm just a 50 something adult who accepts inconvenience at times to help and keep others safe.
