It would be interesting to see which of the choices are perceived as having the BEST customer service to a patient. I suspect that dental clinics and veterinary clinics would score extremely well.

I'd propose an option that distinguishes between the clinical front end and the back end billing arenas of hospitals and clinics. This is especially true as health system centralized billing offices become responsible for more locations.
