Emma Riccobene, Highlands – The senior led the Bluebirds in scoring in the Ninth Region semifials and was an all-tournament pick.
Noelle Hubert, Notre Dame – She hit two late 3-pointers to help NDA beat Ryle in the Ninth Region semifinals, ending Ryle’s three-year reign as regional champions.
