A’Niya Boone, Gallatin: In four district games Boone had a .625 average with five runs scored, four RBIs and three home runs.
Kelsie Jarrett, MLK: In three games Jarrett had seven hits, 11 RBIs, five stolen bases and also hit a grand slam.
Rebecca Hazard, ZCA: Hazard nearly had a perfect week at the plate going 9-for-12 (.750 average) in four games with two doubles, three triples, 12 RBIs and a three-run home run.
Andi Miller, Father Ryan: Miller won both the shot put (35-11.5) and discus (103-01.5) at the Houston Track and Field Classic in Memphis.
Averi Slaughter, Columbia Academy: Slaughter pitched in a pair of wins striking out eight in a win over MTCS and striking out nine in a narrow win over Hazel Green.
Haylie Brooks, Houston County: Brooks had 17 strikeouts in two games with 1.1 ERA including a 13-strikeout performance against McEwen. She also hit a two-run home run against East Robertson.
Kyleigh Pitzer, WIlson Central: Pitzer continued her dominant play at the mound with a 15 strikeout no-hitter in a 10-0 win over Gallatin.
Aubrey Barnhart, Goodpasture: In six games Barnhart had a .615 average with three doubles, two triples a home run, eight runs scored and nine RBIs.
Lisa Messier, Franklin: Messier went 5-0 on the week picking up singles wins against Brentwood, Centennial, Central Magnet, Ravenwood and St. Cecillia.
Alijanae Cole, Northeast: Cole finished first in the 200-meter dash, 400, 4x400 relay and second in the long jump at the Rossview Last Minute Quad Meet.
