Ken Jennings is first as he is the best. Bill comes in second.

  • Linda DeMone - 3 years ago

Ken Jennings has been the best. Bill comes in second.

  • Jack Robinson - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers first, Anderson Cooper second!!!

  • Sandi Simpson - 3 years ago

For some reason I disliked Ken Jennings immensely as a player. As Jeopardy host, so far I like no one better. There have been comments about his stiffness and lack of experience. These people do not remember Alex Trebek when he first started hosting game shows. He, like I learned so much from Jeopardy. He was very rough around the edges

  • Suzanne Lesage - 3 years ago

What about Mike Rowe? Wonderful voice, great sense of humor, tall and attractive, intelligent.

  • Gene Green - 3 years ago

Ken is my number 1. The main reason - he is good, and I trust him.
For the same reason Mike is number 2.
For the rest of the "guest hosts" it doesn't make any difference what text to read - try them in Wheel Of Fortune.

  • Nancy Ammentorp - 3 years ago

I like Arron Rodgers, but I like him clean shaven, his beard & mustach make him look older!

  • JoAnne Sykes - 3 years ago

    Loved loved loved Aaron Rodgers.
Articulate, great sense of humor. Alex would approve

  • deb dulman - 3 years ago

I would like to see more, like lavar burton, Denzel Washington, candace owens. yes I'm Caucasian and would like some diversity!! aaron didn't have the fun personality for the show. I've watched Alex for 30 years. the host needs a personality that is fun and not monotone.

  • Roberta Jeanne - 3 years ago

I guess I am a minority. I liked Dr Oz. He is so comfortable in front of an audience and a practiced ad libber.....
Aaron is good but he runs his words together and i have to keep asking”.What did he say?.” Or playing it back to see..
Mike Richards was the closest to Alex’s .. and never heard of the guy before!,, A producer of the show?. He sure knows how it should go....a natural!,

Dont give us Katie or I will just read my current novel while Jeopardy is on...........

  • Henry Cross - 3 years ago

I am not a Packers Fan, am a Bears & Rams Fan. Rodgers used to annoy me with his Miracle plays. But after watching him host Jeopardy he is a natural fit. Very prepared, humourous & fun. I imagine Trebek would be very pleased. Plus Rodgers really WANTS to be The Host!

  • Smokey - 3 years ago

Since the George Forman death all we see on TV now is black face. Alex was white, keep it that way.

  • Mary szwedko - 3 years ago

I thought dr oz was exceptional! I can't believe he is last in the polls!!! Aaron Rodgers puts me to sleep! He seems like a nice man, but his voice is so boring!!!

  • Debra - 3 years ago

I feel he talks way too fast, too many times I’ve had to say “what did he say” I just have trouble understanding him. I think he should stick to football.

  • Mike - 3 years ago

I like Aaron Rodgers...as a person and as a football player. However, he lacks the charisma necessary to sustain an audience. So far, Mike Richards would be my first choice, Ken Jennings would be my second choice.

  • Jimmy R - 3 years ago

I just don't get the supposed appeal of Aaron Rodgers. If he didn't play football nobody would look at him twice. And his hosting was good- for a football player. While I dislike Dr Oz, he was a better host. They all have been better than A.R.

  • Lucy Ryan - 3 years ago

I didn't expect to like Ken Jennings but he is my favorite so far. Aaron Rodgers is a close second. Dr. Oz is all wrong for it. Please don't use him.

  • KB - 3 years ago

Mile Richards, without question. He is brilliant, quick & kind & compassionate. He has Alex’s best character traits -making the guests feel at ease & showing genuine care & kindness. His humor is at the perfect level, we need some humor, but NOT cruel sarcasm like some guest hosts have shown. Mike is very professional, but also compatible with all types of guests. Knowledgeable yet very Humble. He has the enthusiasm to keep the pace going, but not the hyper pitch of Ken & Katie or the total boredom of Oz & Aaron.. He definitely has the perfect tone, attitude & empathy to follow in Alex’s shoes -or as close as any one possibly can.

  • Kathleen - 3 years ago

Ken was too stiff & nervous. It was glaringly obvious he has no broadcasting experience. Richards was boring. Katie Couric's voice is whiny and grating. Dr. Oz - while I was surprised that he was actually pretty good - his persona and reputation for hawking unproven medical cures is just wrong for Jeopardy. Aaron R. has literally no inflection & doesn't stress the right words in questions. Looking forward to Buzzy Cohen. Give Levar Burton a chance.

  • Karen Ditmars - 3 years ago

I have never been a football fan, and1st saw Aaron Rodgers on Celebrity J.
but (surprisingly) Aaron Rodgers the HOST is : kind, thoughtful, informed, gentle, funny, charming, &
    prepared,
He's great with contestants, wonderful with responses & l think he adds a warm thoughtful ingredient that Alex would appreciate.....
I'm Canadian, and have watched Jeopardy for Decades
and I'm sure that Alex would LOVE to have AARON be the captain of Jeopardy's ship.
If I can't have Mike Richards ( who was SO wonderful) please let us have Aaron Rodgers .xxOOxO

  • Cowgirl - 3 years ago

It is obvious that Aaron Rodgers is just not that bright.
Jeopardy needs a strong intelligent host.
As a result the quality and appeal of the show has diminished.
The interaction between the host and players has become lifeless with Rodgers.

  • James Bischoff - 3 years ago

Mike Richards top choice. Agree with the comments about Aaron just kinda flat. It us great he is such a fan of show and cool that he hosted...just didnt come of as 'exciting'....this 'exercise' shows how solid Trebek was....juggle the game and still come off with personality, etc.

  • James Bischoff - 3 years ago

Rodgers was good, just kinda stiff....Ken and the Exec Producer (name escapes me) would be top choices followed by Aaron. Interested in seeing A. Cooper. . The Dr. was not good- nothing to do with whatever drama was circulating. Frankly the Exec Producer was the best...Ken a close second.

  • Jeopardy Fan - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers: 5 Stars for prep & execution but not the right choice for me.

Rodgers was well prepared, I especially admire his work ethic in understanding how to approach the components required to host Jeopardy.

THAT SAID, yes- he is easy on the eyes but I found him hard to listen to...my mind often drifted while watching him and he sort of faded into the set. He just doesn't have the right voice for Jeopardy.

I dont think there is anything that can change that.
Microphones just tend to "like" certain voices more than others on TV and Radio.
    No magic there with Aaron.

  • Anne Dumbaugh - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers is wonderful as the host!

  • Helen - 3 years ago

Aaron is boring! Richards is the best!.....so far. If they pick Aaron I'm done with jeopardy.

  • Margaret Dreyer - 3 years ago

Rodgers is a milktoast. His voice is flat, not interesting. please use someone else.

  • David Halton - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers the BEST just like our belove Alex..hes GREAT keep him if he wants to

  • Cambucha - 3 years ago

What made AlexTrebeck such a stand out was his decency, his genuineness. The viewer didn’t have to personally know Alex to get a sense of his priorities. Alex appeared to be a decent human being who cared about the same things the rest of us do - family, community, integrity. The show wasn’t about him, it was about the contestants and the audience both in the studio and at home. Would love to see Mark Richards get the permanent job, he knew Alex and would provide the contestants and viewing audience with the same level of integrity Alex gave. Aaron Rogers has been a good temporary host but can he keep his ego in check and be as generous and genuine as Alex for the long haul?

  • Judi - 3 years ago

I thought Mike Richards was the best. Aaron Rogers was too dull for me and not a good interviewer. Why isn’t LeVar Burton getting a chance?

  • Donna Johnson - 3 years ago

As a Bears fan, no on Aaron. Sorry Aaron ????

  • Paula - 3 years ago

No one can ever replace our beloved Alex! However, Aaron Rodgers is just not dynamic enough. His voice is too monotone. I vote for either Jennings or Richards. Alex would like that too!????

  • Jul L. - 3 years ago

Aaron Rogers and Mike Richards were GREAT! I felt Ken Jennings was blah...and his voice seemed whiney, didn't seem to have the personality to be the host. He was not engaging AT ALL. After 2 nights of viewing him, I had to change the channel. The others also didn't stand up to the challenge. Definitely AARON or MIKE.

  • Marsha Clark - 3 years ago

So far it could be Mike Richards or Aaron Rogers! How is Richards going to do it when he is the Executive Producer of Jeopardy & Wheel of Fortune. Sounds like a lot to handle.
So I love Aaron Rogers. Don't understand why people are saying he is boring & has monotone voice?? All he has to do is SMILE!!
Makes me smile when he smiles!!! Of course, more hosts to come, we will see!!?
So right now, Aaron is my choice so far!

  • Kelly Schirmer - 3 years ago

Aaron is smooth, handsome, intelligent, has a nice voice, has a dry wit, and acts a little aloof (but in a good way ????). I also liked Ken Jennings. Mike was very jovial but way too loud and “yelly” for me...too much like other game show hosts!

  • JTH - 3 years ago

Aaron ha been great, but I’m looking forward to Anderson Cooper

  • Sue - 3 years ago

    Ken Jennings
    We don’t need celebrities
His voice is pleasant to listen to!

  • Mark H - 3 years ago

Voted wait and see, but Rogers is the best so far, and Couric the absolute worst so far. Couldn't watch her after two shows.....

  • David W. Phinney - 3 years ago

I used to watch all the time.
Done, will not take the time to any longer.
    Just not the same.

  • Franklin Green - 3 years ago

Arron Rogers is a great host. Pleasanjt interesting. Handsome....perfect replacement for Alex Trebek. Lignt years ahead of any of the others!!

  • Sam Carson - 3 years ago

I liked Mike Richard's but he felt like just a "filler" to me. Aaron Rodgers all the way. Hes charismatic, natural, friendly, funny, welcoming, interested, on point and humble. Please give him this job full time.

  • J D Tharpe - 3 years ago

Aaron is the man for the job. Small town folk likes smiles. He is perfect with his personality beaming. Best episodes of all since guest host started. Aaron Aaron!!!!

  • Angela Laing - 3 years ago

Aaron Rogers has been by far the best guest host thus far. He is calm, smooth in his delivery of the questions and easy on the eyes. ????

  • URSULA V BEA - 3 years ago

I am so surprised by Aaron Rodgers' hosting abilities on Jeopardy. His smile is so genuine. He really is enjoying the job and it shows.

  • Ardina - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers is my surprising choice. At first nervous monotone lead to guick wit comeback and appropriate response without having the look at me aura of mike Richard's. Ken Jennings now my 2nd choice. The others no way.

  • Mattie Ashmore - 3 years ago

I WANT MIKE RICHARDS TO READ MY COMMENT,I WANT AARON RODGERS TO BECOME THE PERMANENT HOST OF JEOPARDY.MR.RICHARDS PLEASE GIVE MR.RODGERS THE JOB.I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN IN GEORGIA AND WE SUPPORT MR.RODGERS.

  • Dorothy Ferguson - 3 years ago

I agree with others about Aaron Rogers voice, being boring and monotone. Also I think he tries to impress the guest and and audience with his knowledge. My first two choices so far are Mike Richards or ken Jennings. I still want to wait to see who else is in the running.

  • ELIZABETH ROSADO - 3 years ago

So far I love Aaron Rogers the best. There is something about him that makes you smile.

  • Robert Boadway - 3 years ago

Ken and Aaron are the only real choices !

  • Dennis saccheri - 3 years ago

Aaron rodgers did a great job he knew on what host is the 10 day on the show he did the best job thank

  • Betsy - 3 years ago

Ken did a good job, so stop putting all three celebrities on and give it to Ken. Alex would want him to take over his job!

  • Dianna - 3 years ago

AARONS VOICE IS TO MONATONE....HE’S A SPORTS FIGURE.....PEOPLE ARE VOTING FOR HIM FOR WRONG REASON.....KEEP IN THE FAMILY ....MIKE.RICHARDS ALL THEWAY !

  • Michael M - 3 years ago

I thought Mike Richards was the best and most charismatic throughout, he would get my vote.

  • Betty Arthur - 3 years ago

It has been a mistake putting on so many guest hosts. You are losing viewership by doing this. I believe you should have stopped with Ken Jennings. This appeared to be Alex’s pick before his death.k

  • Charlotte D. - 3 years ago

So far Mike Richards is the best choice in my opinion. People are so obsessed with sports celebrities! They are no longer objective!! Aaron Rodgers should never replace Alex... Stay on the football field please!!
Ken Jennings is too robotic and appears to want to answer every question.
Dr. Oz did not come off as sincere...he’s a phoney!
Katie Couric tried hard but would not be a good host. Too smiley and cutesy...
Waiting to see if any of the others can outdo Mike Richards!!

  • Rosie - 3 years ago

I no longer watch. Why do we have to have celebrity's to host ? Can they stand there and ask the questions that the contestants do? I'll bet Alex could have. You see Jennings stayed ahead till you put a sports celebrity on there. Are people voting for him for what he is or because he's that good at standing in as host? Jennings or Richards either will do a great job.

  • B. E. ELEY - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers does not have the voice to be the PERMANENT host of JEOPARDY. I am so elated that his last day as host is on FRIDAY, and I will not have to listen to him anymore. His voice is so irritating. I will not watch JEOPARDY if he is chosen as the PERMANENT host.

  • Mimi Boxell - 3 years ago

Aaron is amazing ! Financially he would probably be better off finishing up with Green Bay and then spending the rest of his days commentating for the NFL but. . . .we would love to have him as our Jeopardy host as long as he can. He is definitely not boring. I think Mr Trebek would be proud.

  • Kelsey Jetta - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers has been great! Ken Jennings was so wooden, but besides being personable and smart are, Aaron Rodgers has a sparkle that the others haven't had. Catie Couric was also pretty good, but not as cute as A.R.

  • BA - 3 years ago

Ken Jennings all the way. The others don’t stand a chance. Rogers & Oz were both arrogant & not qualified to host this show

  • Sandra French - 3 years ago

Rodgers is a monotone. He doesn’t have a command for hosting a game show of this importance.
Ken Jennings is arrogant and not humble like Alex was. Has narcissistic mannerisms.
Please don’t even think about Burton even guest hosting. You’ll have lost me FOREVER.
Mike Richards is so far the better Host.

    Respectfully submitted,

  • Carol Kozelski - 3 years ago

I liked all of the guest hosts so far. But then along came Aaron Rogers. At 86 years old I had never heard of him, But, "he had me at "hello". So charismatic, what a smile and so smart. This quarterback is definitely the man for the
job...He has a great personality for this show, in fact he has the "perfect" personality for this show.

  • Harriet Levesque - 3 years ago

Mike Richards had the most class

  • Ebie Wood - 3 years ago

Rodgers is a wonderful host......better each day. Smart, funny, No one will ever replace Alex......but I think Rodgers .......

  • Doris - 3 years ago

Aaron Rogers ,far the best and very professional‼️

  • Marie Preteroti - 3 years ago

I do not care for Arron Rogers. He kind of our me to sleep. I think Mike Richards did a great job. I would hate to stop watching Jeopardy. I have been watching for 32 years.

  • Rhonda - 3 years ago

I will no longer watch if Rogers is named permanent host. His voice is not suited for the job at all it is to soft and high pitched. It gets lost.

  • Deanna Baker - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers is by far the best choice to be the permanent Jeopardy host, he did an amazing job and would be a great fit for the game show

  • Marilyn McVicker - 3 years ago

No one can replace our beloved Alex but someone can continue to provide us with the calm and peaceful pace we're used to. Aaron never seems to be following a rigid script, has a delightful sense of humor, the ability to ad lib, a pleasant voice quality, control of the show and has respect for the contestants. He makes the show a learning experience and makes us laugh at the same time. I draft Aaron for the Jeopardy! team.

  • Phillip Tidd - 3 years ago

Arron is the best. He his avery clear voice and the type of personality that makes you want to listen to him speak. He seems to be able to handle any situation.

  • Sandra Loose - 3 years ago

I'm a long time addicted Jeopardy watcher and have been watching with interest the guest hosts. Aaron Rogers has impressed me as the best choice to take over for Alex. (No one can replace him!) Aaron reads the questions with perfect enunciation and expression. His tone of voice is most pleasing. He treats the contestants with respect and makes them feel comfortable. He looks so at ease on the set, as if he belongs there. Surely hope this very fine gentleman wins the job. Thank you!

  • Marg - 3 years ago

Aaron is perfectly suited as the next best host & successor to Alex!

  • DeWitt Shank - 3 years ago

Aaron Rogers is so good he would give Alex a run for his money, and maybe even best him.

  • Andrea Wood - 3 years ago

Aaron is such a natural. The more we watch him, the more we LOVE HIM.

  • Alex - 3 years ago

We love Aaron Rogers hands down!

  • Kate Frey - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers is great. I have noticed each show, as he got more comfortable in the role, he showed more emotion and was less stiff. I dont blame him for being stiff in the beginning, i would be terrified. I think he will follow in Alex’s footsteps admirably.

  • Mel KIngdom - 3 years ago

Aaron Rodgers is hands down to win the pool to be the next and permanent host of Jeopardy. He does the job as best by far. No need to have more people to audition from now on. As a quarterback he is in command of the team and talks to the players all through the game and has to get things right under all game conditions

  • Sandi F - 3 years ago

Definitely NOT Dr. OZ as he no personality whatsoever!

Aaron Rodgers much better week 2 as more relaxed & is kinda eye candy too.....lol! Very likeable.

Katie was very good & enjoyed her, very likeable.

Mike Richards was great, personality, mannerisms & almost as polished as our dearest of the dear, Alex !

Kinda liked one of the comments about having Troy Aikman too, how ‘bout it! BTW who is Levar Burton? Will
    have to Google him.

  • Sarah Garner - 3 years ago

Now that we've had Rogers, how about Troy Aikman?

  • Stephen Pietrzak - 3 years ago

None of the above... All of the hosts so far have been awkward or boring. Try looking at the only petition fans have started and participated in.... Levar Burton should be guest host before you even try a public poll.
