Greeley traffic is and has become a terror trap.
We need a better, more dependable, grid-type, transit system to get some of these cars off the street. Growth is good in some ways, but it will slow because of the cost of housing. And building new housing will become impossible because of the inflated cost.
Look for more crime, (GPD and Weld County Sheriff's already needing doubled), more homelessness, parts of town are already becoming seedy and run-down, and City doesn't seem to notice or care.
Streets, that is, pot-holes, are becoming a nightmare.
I've lived in Greeley and area many years, I've seen a lot of GREAT improvements, until recently.... last ten years or more. It feels like Greeley is in decline.
"Quality of life" isn't just fancy artwork all over town, or home-brewed beer or Stampede.
I could say more because there is a lot more to be said... however, who would listen?

Too much traffic. Too many crazy drivers. Signal lights are going to cause a lot more accidents. Our lovely farms are turning into housing areas. Downtown Greeley is being taken over by " Richmark".
