I think they blew the finale because the team as a whole never got to send the dynamic dou off.
I usual to love watch NCIS:Los Angles and would record it to watch at my convenience in Seasons 1-8. Then the storyline became sort of woke and political based on PC. After the new changes including new characters added, new PC cultured based storyline, I no longer watch this show as a regular fan of it but only occasionally now. CBS has gone with the woke SJW movement and it not for me!
I live in Adelaide South Australia and have followed every season of NCIS, NCIS LA, also NCIS NO. At the end of every Season I purchase from Amazon the full set of the 3 of them.
To me it is helps me to still try losing my Wife of 50 years, as she also liked all 3, I am able to go back to what ever show to look at their whole episodes. The other reason is many of the other TV Shows or Movies it is nothing but a disgrace of many of the words that have taken over that were never permitted before.
If I was asked to give a percentage on the 3 NCIS Shows it would be 120% or even higher, keep up all of the good work along with the people that are now in all 3 Shows.

I love the NCIS & NCIS LA shows, they should do more crossovers with each other. I love all the characters and understand that they are also real people that just want to do different things to challenge themselves, & do some thing different, go for it while you can!! I'm sorry to see Barrett Foa & Ren'ee Felice Smith go but it was a great ride while you were on it! If things don't go as planned maybe you'll come back! So great to have Linda Hunt back, glad you took the time to take care of yourself and didn't try to rush back!
Hopefully the rest of the cast will be staying! There is no better "bro-mance" than Callen & Sam (O'Donnell & LL Cool J) Just an awesome pairing! Same with Kensi & Deeks (Ruah & Olsen), never thought that they would make it as a couple, they fooled me! They play off each other just perfectly! My son keeps asking me "what's with the blonde guy, they're always picking in him!?" I told him it's their way of showing him that they love him! He just walks away shaking his head! LOVE DEEKS!!
The creators of the NCIS franchise seem to know how to pair people up and play them off of each other seemingly effortlessly!

Nell and Eric characters are really great characters. They're a great part of what made the show very successful. We'll sorely miss them and HETTY.
The whole cast has been great, entertaining, and we're very grateful for entertaining us thru those wonderful years. We hope that Nell, Eric, HETTY will find in their heart to comeback to the show. Kudos to the whole cast!!!
NCIS LA was the 1st NCIS show I watched. I fell in love. As others have commented, the characters are a family. Our 2 baby birds just left the nest.
This whole season has been disappointing compared to previous seasons. I hated the entire finale. It was dumb and boring. The whole Nell and Eric "Are they or aren't they a couple?" thing was never interesting. Then, they were all of a sudden breaking up from the relationship that was never really discussed about being "on". Their whole storyline was horrible. I think they stuck around part-time for far too long. They needed to be in or out. I was thinking the same thing about Hetty, this season. Either be on the show or don't. Keeping us in limbo was crap.
I love All of the NCIS shows but NCIS LA is my favorite!!! and I am so sad to see Nell and Eric leave- they are like family!! Best wishes you guys!!
Great show. Always look forward to watching the team in all the action scenes and the funny moments. Will always watch NCIS LA.
I have watched this show since the very first episode. I absolutely LOVE it! I pray that Nell & Eric will come back in the future cuz they have all been a family forever. I don't want this show to ever end! It is by far my favorite series out of many shows I watch. PLEASE don't break up any more of the family!! ????????????????????????
We weren't left with a stressful cliff hanger. We were able to see some peaceful closure with the possibilities for future returns. This past year has been stressful enough without watching some long term favorites get killed off . Thank you
They should in a position in the show, to take over as Operations Manager. In this finale, it’s kind of hinted at that that Callen may make a power mover against the Admiral Albright, this would be the time to do it.
It's sad to see Nell and Eric leave. It just like cbs destroying Ncis NO, and NCIS. THEN create Ncis. Hawaii most people relate to things in these shows because of what they know in the states not in Hawaii.
I love NCIS LA. I have all the seasons so i watch them over and over again. I miss Linda Hunt being on every episode. Great actors with great characters. I dont watch many shows but NCIS LA and NCIS are a must watch.
Because I started watching at the beginning of the season, I decided to watch thru to the finale but that was going to be it. There were too many things I didn't like about the show - Hetty gone and in my view, she was a huge part of the show - Nell as OM just didn't cut it for me - humor for the Deeks character that I thought was just dumb and over the top. Is this show trying to be a comedy? - and I find the new characters rather lame. However, now there will be a new OM and that might change the show. I'll probably watch the 1st episode next season and decide. If Hetty comes back, or an OM with personality comes on board, if the show gets more serious and oh yeah, if it becomes more believable. It's amazing that Sam, Callen, etc can miss so many bullets! ...I might continue to watch.
I would like to see more real mystery and a whole lot less silly comedy. It is supposed to be a military police show not a bunch want to be comics!!!!
My favorite show, ???? I know people have to grow up in another way, but it's very sad when they have to leave , as we get love them as real family , when that change comes I don't feel interesante anymore as got use to them ????????♀️

I hope Nell & Eric eventually return. I am thrilled Hetty is back. Thank you for Sam & Callen's ending...loved it, as well as all the casts....nice to have a happy ending. I will say, I missed Hetty's little off screen comment at the end....it is her signature ending to this great show.
They need to stop running this show it's over they are done need new people and new show

I thought just Nell was leaving but Eric too I will surely miss these too they have chemistry anyway good luck in their new endeavor.
