Human nature, especially with technology today and 2 monitors! Therefore keep the meeting and presentations to the point and end early. Who doesn't appreciate a package or delivery that arrives earlier than expected?

Our team collaborates during meetings using MS Teams. Sometimes Leaders text during presentations which can be distracting on all fronts (i.e. presenter and attenders).
