I enjoyed every season of this show. The acting was top notch. I don't think any other actor would be as well suited to play Bosch. I am glad that the character is continuing as a spin-off.

I just loved this series. Excellent casting, storylines, the works. I was so bummed to hear of it ending ut will definitely catch up with the new series to be.
For all the book to film series that don't work this one was done exceptionally well. Everything gets wrapped up in an hour is not realistic, cases would be ongoing throughout and I loved that about Bosch. For my father, who was in law enforcement to enjoy the show says a lot. As far as the cast goes, while reading the books I always thought Mel Gibson would have ben a good Bosch but I'm glad they cast who they did. I felt this cast were all equal in some way or another. I mean I think Mimi Rogers is probably the biggest star on the show next to Welliver who I've loved since Gone Baby Gone. Anyway, great series. The spinoff has already started filming and Bosch, Madeline and Honey are returning.

Such a great show - sorry to see it 'end', but excited for the 'spin-off'.
I can only find mention of the 3 leads being signed up for the continuation, but I really hope that most, if not all, the supporting players follow suit and that whatever this new show is called, it exists in the same 'world'.
Have only read a couple of Connelly's books but gonna search out the lot now! Always good to go back to the source.
I enjoyed it. I've read the CONNELLY NOVELS, various stories, but I DO LOVE BOSCH. The nuance, atmosphere, OVERALL VIBE, of the stories are compelling,& thoughtful... Of course being a COP show, & the compounding of evidentiary threads,& slight puzzles are slightly obvious, but of course not always...eg: Capt. Cooper, CHIEF IRVING(a very dynamic character, who I love), & yay for L.T. BILLETS... YEAH,... IT WAS SATIFYING, & "I WANT MY BOSCH T.V., dammit!)

I love Michael Connelly. I've read all his books. I am not surprised where the new season is headed. Harry will make his way back. That's Harry!!!

I think this final season was outstanding. Everyone got what they deserved, from the two police officers who tried to frame the Lieutenant to Captain Cooper. I cheered when they walked him out of the precinct in hand cuffs.

Top-notch television! Story line is believable and characters well-developed. Love the show and will miss it! Only 8 episodes for the final season?! But eager to see the continuation for Bosch, Maddie and Chandler. Bravo to the creative team for Bosch!!

Bosch is the bomb.
