My ability to easily access my mother's health record through her provider's portal has improved my abiliity to stay on top of her care coordination and the automation of meds/refills has also streamlined what had been a time consuming process. There is still much opportunity for improvement, but we are making positive progress.

Other than eprescribing, the patient portal, and phone appointment reminders, my providers don't use any other HealthIT. They need to adopt remote patient monitoring solutions. My Garmin watch and diagnostic insights from my annual Blueprint for Wellness panel from my employer Quest Diagnostics have been my staple resources for health and wellness.
