  Inexpensive. Owners Paolo & Vasco always make you feel welcome. Them & Taste of Italy are best 2 Italian restaurants in OC.

  Franco’s Pizzeria on 16 St and Boardwalk has been in business since 1987. Need I say more, yes: homemade sauce and dough still rolled by hand.
