As a pro-lifer, I do not believe he should get the death penalty. We shouldn't mess with God's plans as to when a persons life on earth is over. I think doing away with the death penalty is good for several reasons. 1. It costs the state less to keep them alive than it does to go through with the whole 'death row' thing. 2. Death is too easy, they deserve to suffer and live with what they have done (or maybe have time to repent).
