Episode 1 lacked direction and focus as well as conflict between its principle characters. It seems that the writers didn't really know where to take the show with Ted having won the team and Rebecca over and with Roy and Keely together. The locker room sequences also suffer from the two most interesting players - Roy and Jamie no longer being on the team. I worry that the show is drifting from its main message — the power of positivity to influence people and produce meaningful results. Additionally, the storytelling was weak. Danny walks into the therapist's office broken and walks out fixed. I still hope the rest of the season can improve but I'm worried.
