Overall, the writing was miserable, trite and contrived. The only positive thing it achieved was creating a sense of discomfort in the viewer. None of the characters had redemptive value and there was an argument in killing them all. Armond suffered, obviously, because he felt his life was over and that it didn’t matter. There was no risk in eliminating him. What would have helped is if it never happened at all. I’m sorry, it’s my opinion and I don’t claim to be right. This is just my take on it.
Just as exciting as Enlightened. Mike White tells wonderful stories that are so funny and thought provoking. I’m waiting for the next, please don’t let this stop!
It's a shame that Shane (who was the most despicable character) got off scot free!
