I'm really enjoying this show and hope there is a second season. What a pleasant respite from all of the violence and negativity out there. Great cast!

I think it's fine Strong and Key don't dance professionally - it was more realistic that way. Key, however, is a FANTASTIC singer and had to tone down his amazing voice to be believable.

Please don't ruin the whole thing by doing a second season, for art's sake!!!

I was really enjoying the series. I have no idea who it was for — liberal baby boomers with a love of musical theater, I suppose — but once I bought in, I liked it. The songs were clever and there was a good balance of satire and schmaltz. And then it all went to hell in the final episode. Cicely can sing but she can’t dance. At all. Keenan can do neither. The dream dance, which she railed against earlier in the series, was deadly and unmoving. There were no musical numbers until he started is only, terrible song. The ending was sloppy, unsatisfying and stupidly obvious, even for musical standards. Should have been uplifting. What a let-down. Killed the whole series for me.
