Superman and Lois
Even though both are remarkable, I'll go with Superman. Stargirl is a nice show and you don't need previous knowledge on CW's DC universe to enjoy it, but this Superman series looks very interesting
Superman and Lois is I think has an edge on Stargirl the most recent episodes have been my least favourite so far where as Superman and Lois is just great.
I love the CW
Superman &Lois i think it is a stage for the super hero as he is experiencing family dynamics.

Easy - Superman & Lois has been a breath of fresh air.
I love both shows, but I have to go with Stargirl because I love woman who are fierce and strong and it resembles Buffy in a way!
I love both shows but I am going to have to go with stargirl the fight scenes and they storylines for characters are so good
I love both shows. They're well written, have great cinematography and effects, and have managed to avoid the trappings of the other Arrowverse shows. It's a tough choice, but gun to my head I have to give the edge to Superman & Lois.
People voting Lois and Clark probably have some loyalty to Superman or Smallville and possibly haven't seen Stargirl. I give credit to the original story of Lois and Clark for the CW show but I like Stargirl by far, way more.
As much as I love both shows and they're my top 2 favorites in the Arrowverse, I have to go with Superman and Lois.

This is a tough one since both shows are so good,IMO.I decided to vote just on their first seasons since Stargirl is in the middle of its second season and Superman & Lois won't air its season 2 until next year.I figured that keeping my vote to just their respected first seasons was the fair route to go.So based off season 1 Stargirl vs Season 1 Superman & Lois,I give the edge to Superman & Lois but it was close.I thought both had amazing first seasons but I think what Superman & Lois was able to do based off its concept(doing something new with a character that has had four other live action TV shows and several movies),execution(it made the concept work while juggling its characters) and consistency(I didn't think there was a weak episode the whole season) was truly amazing.
I do like both shows, but I feel Superman & Lois is more grounded, despite the superhero aspect and mysticism and is a bit more gritty while maintaining a good family dynamic
I was a fan of smallville growing up, so I really didn’t think I would like the show Superman and Lois, but it Turned out to be one of my favorite shows on the CW.
Why isn’t the original’s on this list??

I know Superman's making it to the next round, but I gotta vote Stargirl anyway. Superman is probably an objectively better show, but the first season of Stargirl was revolutionary for comic book media in my opinion because of Courtney's character development. The writers clearly set up for 10 episodes straight that Courtney is bullheaded and refuses to take responsibility, but then humbles her in the perfect way and instantly makes her a better character.
On the other end, I'm still a little bit burned by Superman and Lois for doing a bait-and-switch with Captain Luthor being John Henry Irons. The character works as is, don't get me wrong, but him being Lex Luthor would've been so much better. Despite that, it's probably still an objectively better show.
That's just my 2 cents though.
