This poll is quite revealing. Puts a punctuation mark on the public confidence towards the Mexican Government.

Totally agree w/comment of Bruce Gelman. The ex change of worthless calories for medical & health issues is deplorable. Recently returned from 6 yrs in Guadalajara where nearly every food item is loaded w.sugar. Notable is that I started seeing fresh steamed vegetable vendors - wonderful transition - hopefully that will increase in sales availability. Focus on my own weight & health issues, I lost 40 pounds in time spent there. I shopped at two tianguis/farmers markets, where organic veggies & fruits were made available.

I haven't seen any news story about the Mexican Supreme Court saying that denying abortion rights for women is unconstitutional. why haven't you made this front page news, along with news about the violence still being done to women in Mexico?

I've had a Krispy Kreme with a coke (and with a beer) and nothing happened. It's easy to criticize around here, as if someone else's life is your own. Live and Let Live, I say. I could be more vicious against the previous insolent commenter (the German Gelman), but I shall adhere to the comments guidelines...

Just based on all the corruption that permeates the government from the top down, it’s difficult to believe anything this guy says — except with facts that are thoroughly vetted by neutral, credible outside sources.

I see that a KrispyKreme is doing big business in Vera Cruz.A couple of Donuts and a Coca Cola should make for another spike in the diabetic epidemic in Mexico.Jesus H. Christ!
