I just submitted a comment & I did NOT say anything “bad”, but it was flagged as spam…r u frick’n kidding me?? Ok, adios NCIS Hawaii…why bother asking comments if you’re just going to filter out the ones that tell you what you wana hear. I didn’t say anything the other commenters didn’t say.

The scriptwriters took a show with an ideal location and what seems to be a good cast and ruined it by centering it on a lesbian relationship instead of the actual plot of each episode. I had hoped that with season 2 that relationship would be put in the background; instead, they focused on it to the exclusion of virtually anything else. Foolish decision. I will not continue to watch the show.

The first episode was disappointing. It doesn’t bother me that there are gay characters but the fact it is shoved in your face by especially the last scene of the show. I have been a faithful watcher since NCIS began. Always loved the quirky characters, excellent writing and story lines. Instead of continuing the same with NCIS Hawaii, you are choosing to use the show as a platform for LGBT. You are losing me as a viewer.

Will not be watching Ncis Hawaii again
I don’t want the lesbian scenes and I can imagine the majority of Nc is viewers don’t either !
You should have taken a poll of faithful viewers before you did this or maybe you don’t care !

After the gay scene I turned it off. And haven’t tuned in after that. I watch NCIS and NCIS. LA . But I won’t watch this it’s all bad.

Go woke and go broke! So tired of the LGBT! Christian Baker refuses to bake a gay wedding cake! Instead of going somewhere else it's ruin the baker! So much for inclusion unless it's except LGBT! Stopped watching Super girl, Black Lightning and other shows because of this LGBT B/S! Turned off and will turn off any shows that feel they have to shove this offensive homosexual content!

  • MLC - 3 years ago

Ditto to almost every comment here! This show won’t last! Go woke…go broke

  • Gail - 3 years ago

I don't mind gay characters, that's life. I do mind, in your face gratuitous scenes! C'mon! We are NCIS viewers! We don't want sex scene! We want good guy-bad guy, good detective work, law enforcement that makes sense! Please gosh, no woke nonsense. We are tired of the non-stop wokeness. We watch NCIS to get away, escape. That is why NCIS New Orleans failed the last few episodes brought in division-wokeness.
I was excited for a new NCIS, but turned it off the moment the women jump on the other women. I do not want to see this!!! Call me a prude, I prefer not to have sexual content in my tv show. Enough!
If this is the way the franchise is headed, I'll turn it off and read a book to my liking.

You brought out anti-police the first thing. That is the reason I stopped watching NCIS-NO and Bull. Then with the Lesbian stuff, I know there are people out there but why try to cram it down people's throats. I hope that your liberal, socialist viewers enjoy this. It won't be on long.

I am a huge fan of the NCIS shows! I was excited for this show but it was horrible! The acting was awful, especially the lead. They are trying to make her look like a badass but it didn’t work. I read another comment about the actors talking to fast and I agree. The scenes where the one guy was talking to his dad…I couldn’t understand one word the dad was saying. I didn’t mind the whole sex scene thing because I knew they would have to throw that in to make sure they hit all their “political points”. I also didn’t follow the story like for the episode because it was all over the place. This show needs to go!

  • tom stokes - 3 years ago

The show does not resemble an NCIS operation in the slightest. The characters are strongly unlikeable and, frankly, uninteresting. The writing and acting was sub par. The NCIS office lacks the familiarity of the NCIS squad room which creates communication. It is just not a good show and I see no potential for improvement due to the cast.

  • Robert RAEBEL - 3 years ago

I was offended by your show when the two lesbians were shown very graphically. It is obvious that you don't care about viewers that are uncomfortable with this subject. It just shows you are catering to a small minority of liberals that don't have a problem viewing this behavior. I will not be watching your show or encouraging others to turn it on.

  • Claudia Chatham - 3 years ago

The bulk of the feedback is negative. This show is a joke. There's no way you could turn that crap into an NCIS show. Most people are not going to tolerate such flagrant displays of a same sex relationship. The rest of the show was messy and lacked what makes a law enforcement procedural. I won't be tuning in again.

I was not that impressed with episode one. I struggled some to stay interested. It seemed like some characters were trying too hard to be quirky and different while others lacked personality including the main character. I was also irritated that they had a scene right off the bat of two women falling into an animalistic grabbing and clutching embrace which was lowbrow in the first place, suspect in its place in the show and it made me say outloud, "Here we go again...always have to slip this crap in to appease certain people even if it doesn't give reason or quality to the show."
I want NCIS New Orleans back. Now THAT was quality entertainment with dynamic characters and interesting storylines. The interaction between characters was spot on in every single episode.

Very poorly done. Can't help but wonder if the writers suffer from cranial/rectal insertion syndrome. Acting is horrible, story line predictable and so old school and far fetched it was (to me) a total fail. The writers and directors should be put in isolation somewhere in a galaxy far far away. Totally pathetic.

  • Tamson Marie Dorsey - 3 years ago

I have better dreams. This is poorly written. The characters are nothing new. You say they are, but thats just propaganda bs. Selling this is a waste of time. Thank god the internet offers better programming. Cable is dying.

  • Susan Corcorran - 3 years ago

Failed to minson that I almosted turned the show off with the lesbian scene. I think most of your viewers our my age or older and we don't care to watch that crap.

Very disappointing. Trying too to hard to cover all the current political bases. The pigeon-English was overdone and offensive. The anti-police bias is showing. I'm so over LGBQT. The incident came out of left field. The only character I cared for was the older gentleman. At last he was working to solve the "crime". In the end you can' beat Gibbs and team even with new characters.

  • Jackie Holt - 3 years ago

I stayed up hoping to see a new show in the making...not happening. As many have voiced, I do not want to see a homosexual scene flung in my face. But before that, it was failing miserably. Mumbled words spoken too fast, lack of any resemblance to writing that was taught in school, and no connection to draw the viewer into the plot. I wondered how many people shut off their tv as soon as the love scene started. I wish the producers could see that! I am not afraid of the LGBTQ. I choose not to validate their lifestyle because it is wrong. So no I won't be watching again

  • Juana - 3 years ago

I agree with the other comments. Why is everyone shoving gay stuff down our throats or into our faces. If they're gay fine just don't show them in the act on TV or movies. I lost interest in NCIS hawaii when you introduced the 2 women engaged.

  • Joan Brake - 3 years ago

I am frustrated that every show has to reflect LQBTQIA+ or some politically correct agenda of the "woke" society. We need to go back to clean shows and not shove down the throats of the audience the alternative lifestyles out there. I would like to see ONE show that doesn't have LQBTQIA+ on it. I will not watch this programs. Just like I will not watch Grey's Anatomy after lasts years "woke" crap. Not to mention the Voice. I am done with all shows and actors that support criminals such as George Floyd. I believe Martin Luther King is an example to follow, not criminals. Woke needs to go to H E double hockey sticks and burn out. Bring back clean TV that is not political.

  • Vincent Chan - 3 years ago

I didn't expect much, from the promos, & I was right! It was disappointing! It was a big turnoff, with the Lesbian scenes, & it was too boring to be taken seriously! Another Baywatch Hawaii(if I wanted to sleep early, this will do it!)

  • Joyceb - 3 years ago

I was disappointed in this first episode. I can’t believe the NCIS NO was sacrificed for this mismatch of a show. The plot was not clear, the story was muddy with too many people and their back stories. The actors actually spoke their lines so fast that l could barely keep up. Please rework this show and give it more substance. I am not interested in sexual preferences; however, it seems like every show this season is determined to take me down the rabbit hole with them. Enough. It rarely contributes to the story line. It would have been a nice touch to hire actors from the former Hawai’i 50 show. IJS

  • Ginny - 3 years ago

Very boring. No substance to the story. Bring back NCIS New Orleans and take this one off. The only good thing about this program was that I got a good nap

  • Tom Harris - 3 years ago

Terrible new NCIS show. Bring back Hawaii 5-0.

  • Bill - 3 years ago

I don;t really care if someone is gay or not. What I do not like is having it shoved in my face. As long as having a gay character on the show does not distract from the show itself, then I am okay. When being gay becomes a central theme every week, then I will be done. I love almost all shows that feature Hawaii. I lived there for three years and really love the place. So I will watch Hawaii NCIS as long as it stays about the NCIS issues and keeps all of the personal stuff secondary.

  • KEN FRY - 3 years ago

will not watch shows that show lgbt . I stand with God .he says it is sin.

  • Tom Zeni - 3 years ago

CBS, because they have crews set in Hawaii are overdoing it. Magnum PI has plenty of glamour shots of the islands. NCIS is overload. Besides that, the show lacked "presence!" Ohter than it's name, nothing identifies it. A hodgepodge of characters coming from everywhere and out of nowhere. And when do helicopters land on soccer fields, or agents jumping into the ocean at night? And it all ends like Blue Bloods with dinner. How sweet. This show won't make it to January!

  • Nancy - 3 years ago

The show was very boring I like action shows ncis los Angeles is much better and keeps you in suspends that's what people want

  • Kathleen Clifford - 3 years ago

I was majorly disappointed. The show was not engaging. It was a combination of Hawaii five O and NCIS New Orleans,.....poor combination at best.
The set inside was very reminiscent of the New Orleans set, the father/son story is straight out of Five O and the LGBT scene was too in your face... At least on New Orleans Tammy's story line was much more subtle.
I'm not sure if they were trying too hard or not hard enough.
You could not even make a connection with any of the characters.
    Poorly executed.

Funny thing is according to medical research done via a scanning MRI; 80% of "Heterosexual" women when shown a naked woman the MRI lit up much brighter vs when shown a naked man.

This is the new NCIS made for the younger generation NOT the Baby Boomer head stuck in the mud who thinks LGBQT is wrong...….all love is beautiful. I like the LGBQT characters rather than the normally "Butch" stereotype given to most females in male majority work fields like Police/FBI/CIA/NSA.

  • Jane - 3 years ago

I was disappointed ... the show couldn't keep my attention... it didn't have the same punch as the other three NCIS shows. The "token" lesbian scene was very fake and poorly handled--- that front door clinch looked as though someone was standing behind one of them and shoved them into each other. At least NCIS New Orleans made Tammy Gregorio realistic and believable. While I thought the acting was decent it was hard to get invested in any of the characters.

  • Mark - 3 years ago

You are going to sink this one. Lost me at the 2 women making out. Die hard NCIS fans won’t follow this. You lose! Won’t be back

  • Dale - 3 years ago

With only 5.6 % of the US LGBT you decided to offend the 94.4% straight people with a stupid lesbian scene in the first episode. Whose bright idea was this? A case of the minority ruling the majority. I will not watch this again. I have been avid NCIS watcher for as long as it has been on. This one turned my stomach. Not watching again.

  • Gerald J Theis - 3 years ago

ruined it by catering to lgbtq.

  • LDP - 3 years ago

I have a hunch that someone just decided to call this NCIS in hopes of getting some die heard fans of the franchise to tune in... It's very clear that the producers are different, the shows don't feel similar at all. We know what a strong female character looks like i.e. Jenny Shepherd or Ziva and this show is lacking. Maybe these are young writers, not sure why they added a pointless make out session. They really should have had a character lead in for one of the other shows, Even if it was just Deeks coming to surf. I don't think this one's going to make it...

  • Glen - 3 years ago

This is a failed attempt to justify the behaviors of a minute segment of society. Media and political extremists again attempt try to promote “alternative” lifestyles that do not reflect the values of the majority of our country.
