  It's prolly both. I think it started as an assignment and then as they talked and got to know each other she realized she actually gave a fuck about him. Whoops. I'm interested to see how this plays out, tho.

  Love the show, love your recaps, y'all help keep me sane. At least I'm laughing instead of crying about the state of the world. Keep up that Black excellence, you my favorite Black Capitalists!

  It always seemed like the community was probing when she was talking to Eugene on the radio. What other purpose is there for a governmental radio office and a person working in that role? She didn't say that she was the dispatcher for the Mercer's force or a 911 operator, and the community seems to be insular.

  And everyone in the community seems to be a little bit shook when they talk about the rules. Even old girl with the tray of ice cream seemed like she wasn't *allowed* to talk to Eugene. And where was she taking those ice creams with the special rocky road?

  Also, it's about time that they circled back to Connie and Virgil. And when they said there were many, and then there were 2, and then there was 1, I wondered if they were talking about the fact that Magda was in the herd with Connie, because originally both were left behind in the cave, but only Magda made it back.

  And are Maggie and the crew going where Daryl and the Reapers are? Or is this house it? Because I thought that the said that the Reapers took over while she and her team were out on patrol? I really want her to come clean with how they crossed paths before.
