Makensy Knaub, Dallastown golf - Captured her third-straight YAIAA Individual Golf Championships title on Thursday at Briarwood Golf Club with a 4-over-par 76. The senior bettered the rest of the field by six shots.
Hailey Wolfe, Spring Grove volleyball - The senior outside hitter amassed a game-high 22 kills and 17 digs last Tuesday as the Rockets captured a pivotal YAIAA Division I match over visiting Central York in five games. Wolfe added 10 kills, nine digs and three aces in a sweep of Dover last Wednesday.
Sophia Breschi, Red Lion cross country - Finished first overall during last Tuesday's meet with Dover, New Oxford and York Suburban at host Central York's Rudy Park course. The senior completed the layout in 20:21.
Ally Mathis, New Oxford field hockey - The junior scored four goals last Thursday as the Colonials defeated South Western in a YAIAA Division II match. New Oxford is 7-3 overall and 5-2 in Division II this fall.
Grace Hare, York Suburban volleyball - Dished out a team-high 30 assists last Tuesday as the Trojans swept Gettysburg. The senior added six kills and five digs in the match. Hare then totaled 52 assists and 13 digs in Wednesday's non-league win at Trinity and added 35 assists in last Thursday's sweep of visiting New Oxford. York Suburban remains unbeaten on the season.
Taylor Steininger, Dover soccer - The sophomore recorded two goals and added an assist last Monday as the Eagles shutout host Littlestown in a YAIAA interdivisional matchup.
Kate Wivell, Gettysburg field hockey - The senior scored the lone goal of the match last Monday as the Warriors gave visiting Littlestown its first YAIAA Division III loss of the season.
Alisa Steele, West York tennis - Captured a straight-set win at No. 1 singles last Tuesday during a non-league match with York Country Day. West York shut out York Country Day and is now 10-4 overall and 6-2 in YAIAA Division II this season.
