I also am disappointed with the story line with Kristen and David, hopefully they are just imagining the kiss. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND at all what is going on with her mother and Leland!! I think I missed something there.
Did not know it was the season finale either.
The only way I can console myself with the whole thing is to remember that it is titled, "Evil" not Good.
Her poor daughter is also suffering and she just doesn't see it, and she doesn't see the evil in her own Mother.
Why did she need IVF, for her 3rd child and not the 4th? Why do it at all? She already conceived and born 2 healthy daughters??

I just feel like we keep losing in this show, I need to see some small victories? It just feels so frustrating that every time they get two step closers they end up three steps back. The church letting Leland join the team??? Felt almost ridiculous… overall kind of disappointing if I don’t get some headway in the next season I’m out.

The cannibal scene was bad enough, but why depict a sincere, well-prepared , newly ordained Catholic priest as unable to resist his urges while—of all things—having just heard his first confession from a dear friend who is obviously suffering severe emotional trauma? It trivialized his commitment to his chosen vocation and made out both parties to be both sinners and hypocrites.

The kissing seen was a little too weird and not needed.
