I like giving books as gifts, but they're usually not the "stories" kind. For example, my dad loves stuff to do with science or graphic novels, many friends love fashion books (In Style has a new one out), and my kids love comic collections (Calvin and Hobbes is a favorite). My husband loves golf books. The best part - books are reasonably priced, leaving me with more money for shoes! Mwahahahahaha!
