Do you believe Jared Goff is the long-term answer at QB?

$30 million dollar dead cap hit means that he is here next year, draft a qb this year or next depending on
which class is better. Could they add voidable years and lower the cap hit, bring a different bridge QB?
This team needs everything except a punter.

    Of course he isn't!
He was never meant to be!
It was all about draft picks, and the future. If he panned out better than expected, that's bonus!

Tiny hands Goff...Every third time that he drops back to pass, he drops the ball. If he keeps on giving the ball away, there is not a chance to win. If he was cut right now, no one would pick him up. Start figuring out a way to get a good QB. I don't want to be stuck in the HELL that is Chicago (Andy Dalton, Nick Foles, Mitch Trubisky....until they drafted Justin Fields...which is what we should have done)

Appears unable to pick up open receiver beyond 15 yrs during rush.

I agree with pilgrim. Goff is a band aid on a bullet hole for the lions. We have to deal with him for a while and hope we get some good draft picks. Although its not all Goff's fault, since all of our WRs and linemen suck, he's still just another problem.

Not a single yes, that doesn't surprise me. I feel for the guy, but Los Angeles wouldn't have traded him if he was a franchise quarterback. We've got him for 2 years, for all those draft picks. I believe in Brad Holmes he'll draft us a quarterback in the next couple years. Just wait and see!
