Excellent season so far. Episode five was a little lackluster butt stage is being set for something big. I don't like some of the unanswered questions. What happed to the little boy when John was shot? Why do we not see Monica and Tate until episode three after the initial shooting in the kitchen? Overall an A-

This may be getting a"head" of the horse, but what's happening in episodes 1-5 seems to be nothing more than Sheridan rewriting the feud between the Postman and General Bethlehem.
Hey, JD, invoke the law of 8.
Questions: How did Jamie's love interest and baby find the 1,000 acre ranch?
How did General Bethlehem know that Jamie had killed before a gotten away with it?

Some what of a let down, especially since fans had to wait so long for the new season to begin

Great opening for the season. Lots of questions to be answered, which makes me want to watch each week. New cast got a lot of air time but I hope they don't forget the others. I really like the wranglers in the bunkhouse and out working the ranch. Adding Travis and the reining horses is ok, but I already watch The Last Cowboy. I suppose Jimmy will start training and riding horses in the reining competitions so we won't lose him from the show. I hope the Native Indians get more stories - Mo is really interesting.

Very unpredictable for a change. The cast is stellar! Few shows surprise these days. Where is the lady with the flat and her son?? And where is Tate and Monica???

Excellent season premier. Still have questions but didn't expect to get all the answers on the first night. Love that all the Duttons survived which honestly i expected would be the case. I think Jamie's dad is behind the murder attempts and I hope that Jamie stays true to his real family, the only family he's ever known, the Duttons. Can't wait for next episode.

What a let down after all the hype about revenge being worth the wait! I’m wondering too where the little boy is, not a word about his mom or him. Other than the language that I find objectionable, can’t wait for the next episode.

Whoever voted this show an F don't know "show"! This is absolutely the most entertaining modern day western show this old couch potato has ever seen, or any other series for that matter.

What happened to the kid with the lug nuts???

  • Terri Allahdadi - 2 years ago

Well done!! Well done!! To anyone who has questions ... have patience! ❤

  • Mary Kosanke - 2 years ago

One of the best damn programs on TV! Kudos to the musical intro! Perfect!

Did anyone else notice that Kacey was only talked to by John? What if Kacey is actually dead and John is hallucinating him to deal with the loss. This might explain the absence of Monica and Tate during the second hour.

  • Joann - 2 years ago

Seems like a lot of the storyline was skipped on how they survived just glazed right over it..

It's called a flash grenade, and any law enforcement officer might have one.

Give it a little time. We waited so long we wanted action packed revenge and we got a taste of it, sorta, but not ENOUGH. I wanted, no, NEEDED to see Beth get revenge on Willa and I needed to know a little more about whodunit.

The idea of unpacking this over the next 5 or 7 episodes by character and circumstance would have been OK if we hadn't had to wit years for the season. Since we did, then step up the pace a little bit why don't cha?

Only in the movies does a guy shot multiple times with a rifle and take hour to get to hospital and SURVIVE. And a lady (term used lightly) survive an explosion with burned off dress and ask for a smoke - then survives. And a tough mean guy, Rick, a killer not get caught or investigated. And, a lady that drinks alcohol all day long, but manges to perform as sober (sober but crazy). All that said I LIKE watching it. Hope that doesn't mean I have a moral deficiency. LOL. Only other thing I find is very hard to understand the verbal from many actors - have to guess what they are saying.

Loved it loved it loved it!! To the people saying too many unanswered questions, it was only episode 1 & 2. That's how it goes!!

Way too many ads for the Prison movie!!! Yeah too many unanswered questions. How did Beth get over those burns on her back so quickly? Did i miss a fast forward?? I was wondering about the 8 yr old boy too? So what character died besides the guy in the stream fishing? Show was good but alot left unanswered.

To many loose ends. Where is Monica & the Dutton grandson ? Please keep Jimmy in the series. Jimmy needs to get his shit together. Loved this show but need to answer some of the questions left unanswered.

Yeah, where are Tate and Monica? What happened to Willa Hayes?

  • Mercy Flores - 2 years ago

I loved the two hour premier (on Paramount) EXCEPT for all the dang commercials, especially for the new unrelated series! There are lots of new characters to try to keep up with, but loved "little Rip". There are so many threads and loose ends right now, so it is interesting to see in what direction(s) they take this show. Looking forward to it!

  • Sarah - 2 years ago

Show was great, loved Rip getting even with Roark!! For minimal commercials, there were so many breaking up to action!!!

  • Jo Robins - 2 years ago

The wait was so long. Not disappointed but like other comments wondered what happened to the little boy. Little Rip is cute.
    Sorry to see Jimmy go.

  • Craig Blake - 2 years ago

Yellowstone blew it. Should have had an explanation on what became of the Boy and Lady that was with John when he was shot. The Boy was not shot during the attack.

  • Robin Riker - 2 years ago

Love the show, my favorite. It's nice to sit back and not watch some politically correct show. You catch your self almost being there!

  • JoAnn - 2 years ago

Hope Beth gets Jaimie back for being an ungrateful son. She is one strong determined woman.

  • Connie Galatilis - 2 years ago

Where did the 8 yr old boy go that was with his mom when john sutton was shot? No explanation...Mom was shot but he didn't seem to be.

  • Carla - 2 years ago

    Where are Tate and Monica?

  • Kathy - 2 years ago

Was that Sally Struthers in the last episode?

  • Cathie Davidson - 2 years ago

  • Albert J Rieder - 2 years ago
