This show sucks now! What the hell are these writers doing with the characters? I used to be a fan of Dr. Reynolds, but now I hate him. This whole stupid unorthodox relationship with Lynn has made me detest both him and her as characters. Max and Helen are gone, even though I never really liked Helen. I will say that the only bright spot of this show for me is the new doctor in place for Max. I really like her, but I don’t particularly care for the original characters anymore. I will give it a chance with the new doctor, but I’m close to pulling the plug on this show from my watch list.

The reason the show works is Max's passion for the hosital and the way he hoes about doing things to make things better for staff and patients. Without Max i don't think the show will be about The Hospital, but just a soap opera following the lives of a few doctors.... i doubt i will continue to watch if this is the case.

I love, love, love this show and yes Max and Helen are my favs and I’d hate to see them go. However, the writers of this show have done pretty good so I’m excited to see what new twists and turns with the other characters. I’m rooting for the writers to continue wowing us with a new story line. Change can be good, even in tv.

I love the show, but it's called New Amsterdam, not Max and Helen in London. So if this is where the show is going, I'm going elsewhere

I can't imagine the show without Max and Helen. Especially Max. I thought she would go for a few months and then come back and Max would stay at NA suppose it can still happen.

I am looking forward to Bloom’s story line with Leyla. I hope they get the happiness they deserve. Lauren needed to learn from her mistakes and Leyla also need to learn how to forgive. Clearly this lovebirds are inove with each other.

I really enjoyed the last episode. I look forward to see how Max and Helen's relationship grows. I believe they both need time away from New Amsterdam to focus on themselves. Max needs to put Helen first as she has done for him numerous times. Max also needs to slow down and focus on his personal happiness which will be better for him in the long run when they both return to New Amsterdam. Helen also needs to face her emotional issues that began in London eg father leaving, relationship with her mother etc. I also look forward to see how Bloom Reynolds and Iggy will function at New Amsterdam without Max and Helen. That will be very interesting

I watch only for "max & helen" ....quit NCIS cuz loved mark Harmon...so I DO NOT wish another of my "faves shows" deleting my faves on new amsterdam!!
The show could continue in London with max & Helen running new hospital!??????????!

This episode was beautifully directed and produced. Ryan (Max) is a phenomenal actor ... and truly makes the character of Max 100% real. I have mixed feelings about Max and Helen moving to London ... I still haven't made up my mind. As my orientation is the same as the character of Iggy, I'm intrigued about Iggy's new, incredibly hunky admirer ... who, as we found out, has been asked to start work "Monday Morning"! Would love to chat with anyone who enjoys this show as much as I do!
