He should of been fired after the Cleveland game! That game showed me he has no clue of what to do!

I remenber when Pace and Nagy were hired there was a lot of hype on how they were going to do such great things. Obviously, they have not. There are obvious issues with the coaching staff, and play calling seems to have no logic to it. As for player acquisitions, we have a lot of good players this year which has not been the case during most of the Pace era. However, as strong as we are in the talent positions today, the one thing we have never had is a solid offensive line. We have had great running backs, but the run game was never dominant because the line rarely won at the line of scrimmage. We have had good quartbacks, but they rarely have had time to go thru their progression to find a receiver. We've had fast wide receivers, but no deep passing game due to QB hurries and sacks allowed. The short passing game has had some success, but the lack of deep theeat means that our receivers are constantly getting the ball short of the marker and getting hit hard after the catch. That means they wear down fast and are injured more often.

Serious purging is needed, and whomever comes in to fill the void needs to see the big picture. We do most of our acquisitions in the draft, and very little in free agency. We occasionally do trades, but we give up draft picks in those trades... then have fewer draft picks in following years without increasing our trades or free agent moves to compensate.

The whole coaching staff just sucks. offence, defense, special teams all need to go. They lost the locker room several games ago. McCaskey family is not doing them any favors either, they need to sell the team.
