I am a Nash Bridges fan. I watch it all the time on H&I.
I liked the new one. I will say Don,Cheech and Harvey were the better and seasoned actors. I would enjoy a new series.

  • Trevor O - 3 years ago

Good movie, loved the music on the trailer, be glad to see the show back on the air.

  • Denise - 3 years ago

I never missed an episode of the original series on CBS, and still watch reruns whenever I get a chance. It was great to see Nash, Joe and Harvey back together again. I would love to see the series renewed.

  • Bob - 3 years ago

Love the show, never miss it on H&I, still thoroughly entertaining. The chemistry between Nash, Joe and Harvey is still there and they never missed a beat like 20 years hadn't even happened.
Please, please bring it back! Lord knows, TV needs some quality shows, now more than ever!!

  • Tish - 3 years ago

Loved, loved the movie! We need more Nash, Joe & Harvey!!!! Please please please!!! Nearly died when the Cuda was destroyed!! Only negative I have!!!

  • Joe Johnson - 3 years ago

    Something for All. Humor. Action
Suspense. Comedy. Mystery and so much more. Never a dull moment!!

  • Richard B - 3 years ago

It’s about time that a great tv series gets a reboot that was funny and Adventurous to watch instead of the reboot’s that aren’t even worthy of watching. Please make Nash Bridges come back give us something that the people want.

  • Perry Dable - 3 years ago

I enjoyed seeing Nash and Joe, but thought many of the supporting characters were played by very weak actors. Just gave me the vibe of a C level show after those two and save a person or two. I thought Nash's two superiors were really below par, although his boss' sister and the tech lady were solid. The other two SIU folks were decent, with the gal being the better of the two. I would love to see the series come back out, but feel they need a serious upgrade in supporting talent to make it worthwhile. Love Jeff Perry being involved, as well.

  • Raymond Rook - 3 years ago

Love the remake. Don Johnson still has what it takes to be Nash Bridges. The original show from 20 years ago was my favorite weekly show. Was sorry to see it end . I've watched the 2021 show 3 times . Hope to see it again as a weekly show.

  • Larry Smith - 3 years ago

Great use of San Fran’s scenic beauty, and Don Johnson’s charisma still shines brightly. The plot was excellent and suspenseful, but for goodness’s sake, PLEASE get a real Hellcat, and bring it back as a series!

  • Jerry K - 3 years ago

Nash Bridges was my favorite show. The right amount of action, drama and comedy or a least funny moments. It’s worthy of bringing it back in some form.

  • Suzie - 3 years ago

I love love loved this series and the movie was excellent I think that definitely there should a revival of the series I would be tuned in every week

  • Ruby Talhem - 3 years ago

What a delight! I’m a baby boomer and my hat is off to you Mr. Don Johnson and everyone involved in this reboot! This is what we all need now is one the best shows out there right now. Komodo’s!! Thank you!

  • Sam Bell - 3 years ago

It was a blast! Really enjoyed it, and hated to see the movie end. The way it was written kept me wanting to see more.
I was very disappointed when the series ended abruptly in 2001.
    Bottomline! More Nash Bridges!!!

  • Lynn Scoffern - 3 years ago

  • Mike Nash - 3 years ago

This has the makings of a great new or old series!
The old Nash Bridges series had a lot of great young talent who are still around. Mix them with the millennium Actors and Actresses and you have the makings of a great series!

  • Jimmy Lisle - 3 years ago

I'd love to see this show come back. Watched it long ago and was disappointed that it went off the air.
I would love to see "Angel" return!

  • K Clark - 3 years ago

Loved the old show back in the day and would love to see it get made into a new series

Was really into the old series., Got excited when I heard it had a movie coming out and possible having a weekly show again… After watching the movie I have to say it wasn’t as great as I was hoping it would be… maybe a 3 star rating at best…

  • Theresa - 3 years ago

    Thought it was great.

  • Loretta - 3 years ago

Loved the series and happily anticipated the movie. After less than half an hour turned it off and deleted it. The magic is gone.

  • Jack A Spiering - 3 years ago

It was OK, but nowhere as good as the series. It reminded me of a fighter that retired undefeated and then came back to try and regain the title. Ain't gonna happen. Still watch the reruns though.

  • Janet - 3 years ago

The movie was like the original series never ended Cast was awesome Please do another series.❗️

  • Karen G - 3 years ago

Loved the movie and hope you bring the series back. Enjoyed that you had Harvey in it along with Joe and Nash. The sex scene was in poor taste, but kind of standard for today, but really out of place. Liked the contrast of the “old school” way of doing things, versus today’s technological ways. Hope you bring it back as a series for TV

  • Linn - 3 years ago

I was glad to see Don Johnson and cheech back!the scenes of the 2 dating officers couldve been left out.It tarnished the show .other than that enjoyed the reunion .hopin it comes back as a series but give the sex scenes a break not needed!!!

  • Jackie - 3 years ago

    I absolutely loved it.
Would love it as a weekly series.
Don and cheech are still awesome.
    Here’s hoping

  • MargaretAnn Sotack - 3 years ago

I would love for the series to be rebooted. I thought the movie was great we're in 2021. We can't have everything stay the same. The only thing I would change is the Cuda needs to come back.

Loved the picture hope in the series to see as many original actors to return if they are able hope you anounce what is going to happen next and please get the cuda fixed or find another to paint yellow the car is all Nash also that new sight on mashed gun is the best type to use seems to be holstered easy I was thinking of getting that sight put on my gun a long time now as my night sight went unusable hope to see you guys back soon,ps I hope to see Miami vice back also with original actors I know Michael Mann said at one time he was not through yet I'll leave it there good luck see you all soon!!!

  • L Gaylord - 3 years ago

Loved Miami VICE and Nash Bridges. We were looking forward to this movie and feeling comfortable at the start in enjoying our favorite characters. BUT good grief how extreme- way over the top-was this plot line. Sickening.
TV series Nash was always entertaining this was repulsive.

  • Janet Ann Kerby - 3 years ago

My husband and I would both love to see this back as a series.

  • Dianne Wilson - 3 years ago

I loved what I saw On my ATT UverseI saw an episode of law & order connected with the Nash Bridges movie. Thus I messed the last part of Nash Bridges. So I saw the beginning but not the end. Bad move.

  • Dennis - 3 years ago

Predictable. Comfortable. Like old friends reuniting after years or decades apart. I fit this category perfectly. 68. Watched a lot of Don Johnson over the decades. Not sure rehashed updated series could hold the fans' attention for long. Driving like a maniac all over crowded city streets, shooting up the same city streets, trying to be threatening while fighting & smoking dope? Taking on top level criminals from the USA & international borders as well as the Feds. Big stretch for well heeled educated young men. Soldiers over 50 usually call the shots; they don't throw them.

Movie was okay. A series along the same vein would immediately stretch believability factors needed to sustain a series. Could provide two plus old actors a perfect way to ride off into the sunset if God calls them home suddenly. Just say'n.

  • Kristine - 3 years ago

Can't belive they trashed the Cudda!!!! Omg!! Other than that was amazing 2 see them back 2gthr..Still great chemistry & humor. Still luv me some Don Johnson:) Harvey was quite a handful but funny 2 watch how he changed. & go go a high Joe Dominguez..lol

  • Linda - 3 years ago

Would love to see the movie become a series again! Loved the new kids & changes in the original characters

  • LWilson - 3 years ago

I was very excited to see Nash Bridges again bcoz I loved the series so much back in the day! After the first 30 minutes I had turned it off because I was SO VERY DISAPPOINTED for a few reasons. The Nash Bridges that I used to watch NEVER had such foul words and vivid sex scenes! I can’t believe USA Network rated this at MA-14 !!! It’s unbelievable to me that the sex scene that was in the movie would EVER be appropriate for a 14 year old! It was soooo distasteful and lower level that I just turned it off. The actors were not very good either.

  • Joy Camp - 3 years ago

Was cruising the TV schedule last night and saw Nash was on. At first, I ThoughtT I had missed a marathon of the old TV series. I was surprised to see the movie and it had been on for an hour, Quickly looked for a repeat and it turned out it was going to be rerun right after the first showing. Hit the record button.
What I couldn't figure out was why hadn't I seen anything about the movie airing. But glad I did catch the show since I was not happy when the TV series got cancelled!

  • Tim Carner - 3 years ago

I thought it was a great movie overall. It would be awesome if the series returned with more of the original cast. The storyline was great and left open the possibility for continued episodes.

  • Sue Berube - 3 years ago

Great movie!! Go Nash and Joe! I hope they do more movies or Bring back the series.

  • John P Custer - 3 years ago

The Boys are back great job I'll be there for weekly schedule. Thank you All.

  • Crystal Lynn Barrow - 3 years ago

Love the movie when does series start

  • Hal Wright - 3 years ago

I watched the original "Nash Bridges" series regularly, and felt that season six was fresh and entertaining. I fully expected a seventh season, and was blindsided when CBS abruptly cancelled the series. Getting a reunion reboot is a great surprise, and I was delighted that the movie was fast moving, action oriented, often humorous, and peppered with the right amount of character development and drama. In other words, it's good quality "comfort food" TV. And the reunion/reboot worked great, with a freshness and energy I hoped for. We received a triumvirate of primary OG Nash characters and a good blend of new younger characters. I applaud the effort to not depict the OG or newbies as all right or all wrong. Nash and Joe can pass down a lot of experience and street smarts, while the new technology can give law enforcement an edge that is otherwise lost in the modern muck of regulations and public mistrust (the younger investigators are better at navigating the new rules of the game).

I cannot review this movie without marveling at the mental and physical vitality of Don Johnson. But if I get my wish for more Nash it will have to be in a sustainable format. The guys are in their seventies, and the time for a continuation of Nash is ASAP. It would be too little too late to produce a reboot that only contains cameos of Nash and Joe.

There were so many effective lines of dialogue that I won't try to quote any favorites. However ... there was one heartbreaking loss when the 'Cuda was dramatically destroyed in the first five or so minutes of the movie. The reaction rendered by Don and Cheech was classic, true to character, and hilarious. And, I confess to loving the modern yellow on black custom convertible Challenger Nash replaced his dearly departed 'Cuda with. I hungrily admire the modern Challengers from afar, so I loved the new car. I guess it's just one more way Nash Bridges has moved forward in his life while maintaining his characteristic badass qualities.

I'm hoping for more, if the quality remains this good. And, it would be great if Nash's daughter could return.

  • RL LACHAR - 3 years ago

LETS GO TO TV MOVIES EVERY SO OFTEN

  • Halsey Posadas - 3 years ago

Outstanding reboot .. big fan of Nash Bridges. Would love to see the series come back.

  • JP - 3 years ago

I Was a big fan of Nash bridges when I was a kid me and my family loved to watch the show when it was over I thought about the show I sometimes call people bubba too ???? when I heard there was gonna be a 2 HR movie on USA network I was so excited I like most of the people in the cast on the new Nash bridges so if they were to bring Nash bridges back for a series again I'd 100% watch it sad that Nash daughter wasn't in it or the other people from the original but it's cool

  • Gor - 3 years ago

Although there are always idiots who will worship anything, the movie is horrible, humorless, chaotic, disorganized, and nothing but a sad, lame copy of the old show. Let those old farts enjoy their retirement and let the former fans enjoy the memories.

  • Scot Rathert - 3 years ago

Enjoyed the reboot. A series or miniseries with cameos from original cast members would be good. Just one thing....park the Hellcat & fix the Cuda. Given Bridges' deep emotional connection to the Cuda in the original series (it was his brother's car) it was a mistake to destroy the Cuda in such a casual and offhand way.

  • Alois Bissig - 3 years ago

I loved the movie. I guess the saddest site was the Cuda being smashed. Trying to picture Nash Bridges without that Cuda is a tragedy. It was awesome seeing Joe riding shotgun once more. Also Harvey after all these years. Wow!
I would love to see what comes next if they were to bring the series back after this movie.

  • Moore - 3 years ago

Whoud love to hhave the team back!!!! Met joe and don in oakland when they were shooting a scene at the harris building
