Until "DA BEARS" organization eliminates the "THREE STOOGES", Philips, Pace, and Nagy they'll flounder in mediocrity. Better yet, sell the team to a football-savvy person like Jerry Jones who wants to both make money and put a winning team on the field, unlike the money-grubbing McCaskey's who could care less about winning as long as their racking in the cash.
