I did not know what to expect of this show. They absolutely won me over very quickly. The main four characters are all so different from each other but, at the same time, they seem very real. I immediately related to Leighton the most. My coming out experience was quite similar to hers, albeit it was almost 50 years ago. The creative staff should be congratulated in capturing a slice of life in such a realistic and entertaining way. I am looking forward to Season 2 and how these young women continue to navigate their lives. Needless to say, I hope Leighton and Alicia get back together in a way that respects each other’s perspective.
