Xander was definitely robbed. He fought his way from the bottom on a total losing team. Erica cannot say the same. And agree the game has gone too politically correct.

I felt, like almost everyone else leaving comments, that Xander was the true Survivor according to the motto of "outwit, outlast, outplay." How could he not receive a vote?! That's nuts! It's obvious what happened there and it is a disappointing commentary. I liked the other players in the game...the remaining candidates at the end and the jury, but the final results were disappointing. Again, not a single vote for Xander?!? Just wow!

We have been avid fans ever since we first saw the article in USA Today looking for contestants for season 1. Love so many things about Survivor. This season was terribly disappointing. We noticed that season, as well as the last few, have become Jeff’s soapbox to all things politically correct. If we wanted to hear that we would be watching The View, not Survivor. Taking out “guys” in the phrase “come on in guys” was really an embarrassingly stupid low. We, like so many others, look forward to talking to the TV along with Jeff all the consistent phrases. That’s what adds to the fun. All the twists and turns this season were too much. More time was spent on that than the players.
Go back to some of the original formulas that made this show so great. Bring back the theme song. Bring back the opening where each player, their name and background, is shown. Bring back letting them bring one personal item - that was fun to see what each person brought. Survivor became a massive hit for a reason. The phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” applies here. You have gone too far in “fixing” from what made this show great. It has become more about being politically correct and listening to Jeffs views on that, than about “out wit, out play, out last” Now it is “play but don’t offend anyone in the process”. It’s a game for pete’s sake. Peoples feelings are going to get hurt, that’s how it is, move on. Again, it is a game. One that used to have a great formula for success - you have moved way too far away from what made this show great. Rethink, rewind and bring back the Survivor we knew and loved - and please, take the politically correct soapbox away from Jeff.

The show has really gone soft. Too many immunity idols, too much food and too many clothing outfits. I favored the Survivor shows when players lost weight and were weak, and their clothes wore.
I really think Xander played a better game all around. He may have made a mistake taking Erika to the end but would he have got the votes anyway? Was it because of his age? If the next game is about being politically correct and people with an agenda I will stop watching it.
If Shan is a pastor I am glad she is not mine. She is a liar, conniving, and a bigot. My pastor teaches that we are all equal with God and she made it to be a race thing. The church I attend has as many colored faces as white. They come from Sri Lanka, China, Jamaica, Somalia, Philippines to name a few. I call them friends.. I am glad it was a Canadian that won at least.

In its effort to shake up the way the game is played this season, Survivor failed. Go back to the original concept and also reduce the number of puzzles—-they are boring. Oh yea.....more girls in bikinis! ????
