He absolutely deserves to be fired. However, one thing is for certain… there is zero evidence of Nagy losing the locker room. They’re playing really hard for him. I’m fine with critiquing the job he has done in many areas but that just clearly isn’t one of them.
He’s probably best suited for a college job.

Hes lost the locker room. Hes got one of the worst offenses over the last 4 years. He consistently loses openers, games after bye weeks and divisional games. He can't keep himself or the team focused.

Nagy (and Pace) should have been fired over a year ago, then before the season started or at least after Thanksgiving. He has never put a cogent plan together.

He is doing great but just needs Time for Fields to jell with the system. Nagy had a plan but outside pressure made him go against the plan. Nagy is fine with Wine&Time.
