Here's what should happened at the end of the season no matter if the Steelers make the playoffs or not. First off when Big Ben retires he should stay with the team as a special coach for the next player as the next quarterback for the team. Two for the time being keep Mason Rudolph and who ever might be on the team. Three draft a quarterback in the first round and have Ben teach them how to play the position. Four in the next 2 or 3 rounds they should draft lineman for the offence or running backs or wide receivers. five in the last rounds they should draft for the defense.

They is always a chance to catch fire in the playoffs and win it all it has happened before to win the Super Bowl as a wild card.

Not going to be a big difference in draft possession or quality of draft pick if they make the playoffs or not. It's not like going from bottom 25 to top 10.

Minimum 8-8-1 I don't want to see Ben retire on a losing season. He deserves at least to retire with an 8-8-1 record to never have had a losing season.

Prefer a high draft pick. The team is not going to do well even if they beat the Browns today. Their play is too inconsistent and will not get any better with Matt Canada running the offense. He's proven time and again that he's not a good coach--repeats same play over and over again even though it didn't work the 1st time or 2nd time etc. Major problems start at the top and filter down--just like in corporate America.

Why would we want Steelers to make the playoffs … just to get blown out again and this time it will be really embarrassing. Can’t block , tackle , pressure qbs , stop the run .. and much more . 40 years watching them and this is the first time I can say Steelers have no attitude about them .

Why does Tomlin continue to get support when his team underperforms every single year? I am sure his entire coaching staff will get fired again and he will get an extension. This is the worst Steelers team in two decades and it is time to get rid of Mike soundbyte Tomlin.
